Abstract

Analyzes modern technologies used in the production of building ceramics, mosaics and tiles. Ceramic products have been distinguished by their durability, environmental friendliness and aesthetic appeal in construction since ancient times. Nowadays, energy-saving furnaces, laser engraving equipment, 3D printing technologies, pressing and automated production lines are widely used in the production of these products. During the research, the experience of modern enterprises in Uzbekistan and abroad was studied, their production efficiency and product quality were compared. It was confirmed that the use of digital systems in the design of mosaics and tiles gives aesthetic perfection to products. The article also highlights existing problems, environmental requirements and prospects for modernization of production processes. This article may be useful for specialists and manufacturers working in the field of building materials Analyzes modern technologies used in the production of building ceramics, mosaics and tiles.
