Abstract

The use of modern monitoring technologies in the thermal treatment process of bearing rings helps to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the process. This article explores the application of non-contact optical, acoustic, and infrared monitoring methods. The research results show that these methods allow real-time monitoring of process parameters and significantly enhance quality control. This, in turn, contributes to the automation of production processes and the improvement of product quality.
